Vendor's Responsibilities

The Vendor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, displays, and decorations for their booth.

The Vendor shall ensure that their booth is open and fully operational during the event hours. 

The Vendor must comply with all applicable laws, including health and safety regulations.

The Vendor is responsible for any required permits or licenses.

 

Event Organizer's Responsibilities

The Event Organizer will provide the assigned booth space to the Vendor.

The Event Organizer will promote the event through various marketing channels.

The Event Organizer will ensure basic event security.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event the Vendor cancels their participation: No Refunds.

In the event the Event Organizer cancels the event: The Vendor will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
